Meet DBED’s New Secretary at Membership Luncheon Next Week

What does the new Secretary mean when he refers to “Feds, Meds, Eds, & Beds?”

Learn about new strategies Secretary Christian Johansson will be implementing to support business growth at the Chamber luncheon on Wednesday, September 16th at 11 a.m. at the Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel.

Named as one of the Baltimore Business Journal’s “40-under-40” emerging leaders, Mr. Johansson has a background which uniquely qualifies him for his leadership role at Maryland’s Dept. of Economic Development (DBED).  Before joining DBED, Mr. Johansson served as president and CEO of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, the region’s private/public partnership for the promotion of economic growth.  During Christian’s tenure, the Alliance was recognized locally and nationally for its innovative economic development strategies and significant contributions to the economic growth of the Greater Baltimore region.

Seize this opportunity to meet the new Secretary and ask questions affecting your business.
